From our origins, we have been aware of our great responsibility as a company, to work with natural resources and to be pioneers in the colonization of our city. We are convinced that the development of our employees and a socially responsible behavior with our environment generates new opportunities and contributes to a better society.
Because we believe that a more inclusive society is possible, we hold employment workshops to promote the insertion of young people with different abilities in the workplace.
We collaborate constantly with Non-Governmental Organizations, Volunteer Firefighters, Eaters and Schools in the donation of seedlings, wood and fuel, providing support to development projects for our community.
We protect and monitor the development of flora and fauna found in their natural conservation areas in the areas where we operate.
The permanent training in security supports the care of the most valuable asset for us. We have scholarship programs and encourage the development of careers within the company.
With an optimal use of our natural resources – nursery, forest area, industry and energy generation with biomass – we managed to close the production cycle by making it 100% renewable.
